How I can know if an Internet business is real?

A company called Instant Financial Services in Chicago with a Web address of www.instantfs.net. They claim that I could get a loan of $ 5,000 to 7%, repayable over five years. But to get the $ 5000, I first Western Union more than $ 800 as a "guarantee". Does anyone have an answer on how to know if this company is real, if the Web address for fraud to happen. Thanks

You can view their companies through the website address of the Better Business Bureau. If people complain the company to the BBB, is displayed there. Go to bbb.org and click "business" in the upper left corner. Scroll that instead of typing its URL. You can also go to whois.net and such After obtaining some information about who runs your website. Sometimes useful, sometimes not.
